FOUNDATIONS FOR LIFE CENTRE
This is where you can find information about the vocational and life skills centre set up on the first floor of 'The Robert Cole Centre', Comanesti, North Eastern Romania. The centre is called 'Foundations for Life'. 'The Robert Cole Centre' and the 'Foundations for Life Centre' are projects of the Biggin Hill Romania Group. This website followed the development of the 'Foundations for Life Centre' through to it's completion. The official opening took place on Thursday 4th April 2007. There is still equipment needed by the centre including media and consumable items, which will help the centre to operate sucessfully. These, along with many other, items are listed on the 'How you can help' page of this website together with details of donations and help already received for the Centre. You can see photographical evidence of the different stages of completion of works at the centre by clicking on the 'Photographs' page. A team of volunteers worked at the centre during week beginning 18th February 2007 decorating and setting up equipment. You are able to read/see photos of their trip on the 'On site Diary' and 'Photographs' pages.

CHRISTMAS 2008 FAMILY & SHOE BOXES
Thank you to all of you who have made up Christmas shoeboxes to be delivered during the first two weeks of December and for your donations for family boxes. The children and families who received them live in such hardship. They will be so very relieved and grateful for this support.
